Who Can Use Élu

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Membership is granted by vote of existing members or by invitation, and may be ended as described in the Community guidelines.

Your Account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person.

Your Content

You own the photos, answers, bio, and messages you post. You give Élu a licence to store, display, and transmit them within the service so that members can see them. Don't post content you don't have the right to post.

Membership and Voting

Admission is decided by member votes according to rules enforced by the service. Élu does not guarantee admission, introductions, or any outcome. Membership can be suspended or ended for breaking the Community guidelines or for voting patterns described there.

Fees

Safety

Élu does not run background checks. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Use the safety guidance in the app and report anyone who breaks the rules.

Ending the Agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, photos, introductions, and letters. Élu may end or suspend your membership for breaking these terms or the Community guidelines.
